About Wynn Al Marjan Island:

Wynn Al Marjan Island will be the first integrated resort in the UAE. Set to open in 2027, the resort will be located 50 miles from Dubai International Airport in the emirate of Ras Al Khaimah. The resort will offer 1,530 rooms and suites, 22 restaurants, lounges, and bars, a theater, and a beach club. It will feature multiple swimming and wading pools, water features, a five-star spa, a salon, a shopping promenade, and a celebrations and events center.

About the Position:

Wynn Al Marjan Island is currently seeking a Manager to join the Gaming Credit & Collections team.

The primary duties and responsibilities of this role are:

• Lead, supervise, and mentor the gaming credit and collections team. 

• Ensure the understanding and application of effective credit policies and procedures to facilitate responsible extension of credit and minimize risk. 

• Review and endorse gaming credit applications, ensuring thorough verification and assessment of guest creditworthiness. 

• Monitor outstanding credit balances, prepare regular reports on credit status, risk exposure, and aging of accounts for management. 

• Oversee negotiation of payment arrangements and settlements in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements. 

• Assist the Assistant Director to escalate collection efforts, including coordination with legal counsel when necessary. 

• Ensure compliance with all relevant gaming regulations, company policies, and internal controls. 

• Liaise with gaming operations, cage, finance, and legal teams to resolve credit issues and facilitate smooth workflow. 

• Maintain confidentiality and security of all financial data and sensitive information. 

• Provide training and development opportunities for credit staff, promoting best practices and continuous improvement. 

• Participate in the recruitment, onboarding, and performance evaluation of credit team members. 

• Support internal and external audits by providing requested documentation and explanations. 

• Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining a firm and professional approach to credit management

About You:

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in credit management, collections, or related finance roles, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role, preferably in a gaming, hospitality, or gaming environment. 

• A good understanding of the international legal framework surrounding the issuance and collection of credit. 

• Strong negotiation, leadership, and communication skills. 

• Advanced knowledge of credit principles, risk management, and regulatory compliance. 

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and accounting/credit management software.  

• Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and analytical skills. 

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. 

• High level of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality.
