This is a full-time role for an MEP / Facilities Management Maintenance Supervisor based in Dubai.
The MEP Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and managing all mechanical, electrical, and
plumbing maintenance operations across assigned facilities, ensuring all systems are functioning
efficiently, safely, and in compliance with UAE regulations and company standards.
Responsibilities include supervising MEP technicians and maintenance teams, planning and executing
preventive and corrective maintenance schedules, conducting regular site inspections, coordinating with
contractors and vendors, managing spare parts and maintenance inventory, ensuring HSE compliance,
and reporting on facility conditions and maintenance activities to management.
Working experience in the computer and preparing reports and presentation etc.
Required Qualifications
⢠Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or a related field
⢠Minimum 4â6 years of experience in MEP maintenance or facilities management within
commercial buildings or warehouses
⢠Strong technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and fire safety systems
⢠Proven ability to lead and manage a multicultural maintenance team
⢠Familiarity with UAE building codes, DEWA regulations, and HSE standards
⢠Good communication, planning, and coordination skills
⢠Ability to handle multiple sites and respond to maintenance emergencies effectively
⢠Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory
⢠Male candidates preferred
