Mobile Phone Quality Inspector | Warehouse Operation

Apt Resources is seeking six detail-oriented Inspection Executives to join a warehouse operation in Dubai. The successful candidates will be responsible for inspecting mobile phones to verify their physical condition, weight, identifying details, and overall compliance with inspection requirements. The ideal candidates should have good attention to detail, the ability to handle electronic devices carefully, and a systematic approach to identifying defects and discrepancies.

Responsibilities

• Conduct physical inspections of mobile phones received at the warehouse.
• Examine devices for scratches, dents, cracks, damage, and other visible defects.
• Check the weight, physical feel, and overall condition of each device as part of the inspection process.
• Verify IMEI numbers and other relevant device identification details.
• Compare device information against inventory records, labels, or inspection documentation.
• Identify and report discrepancies, damaged devices, or irregularities during inspection.
• Handle mobile phones carefully to prevent accidental damage during inspection.
• Record inspection findings accurately using the designated forms or systems.
• Follow established inspection procedures and quality control standards.
• Maintain an organized inspection area and ensure devices are handled and stored appropriately.
• Coordinate with warehouse personnel regarding inspection results and identified issues.
• Complete assigned inspection tasks within the required timelines.

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Previous experience in mobile phone inspection, electronics testing, quality control, or warehouse operations is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of mobile phones, device identification, and IMEI verification is preferred.
• Good attention to detail and the ability to identify physical defects and inconsistencies.
• Ability to handle electronic devices carefully and perform repetitive inspection tasks.
• Basic computer skills and the ability to maintain accurate inspection records.
• Strong sense of responsibility, reliability, and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a warehouse team.
• Candidates must currently be based in the UAE.

Salary: AED 3,000 per month
