Nail Technician (Russian Manicure, BIAB & Nail Extensions)

We are looking for a skilled, detail-oriented, and professional Nail Technician specializing in Russian manicure, BIAB, and nail extensions to join our luxury beauty salon team in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

The ideal candidate should have strong technical skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to deliver clean, precise, and high-quality nail services. This role is suitable for someone who understands that nail work is basically architecture, but on fingers, because apparently humans needed a smaller surface to perfect.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality Russian manicure and professional nail care services.


• Perform BIAB application with clean structure, durability, and natural-looking results.


• Apply and maintain nail extensions, including gel, acrylic, or other professional extension techniques.


• Shape, file, prep, and finish nails according to salon standards.


• Deliver neat cuticle work, precise polish application, and long-lasting results.


• Consult with clients and recommend suitable nail services, shapes, colors, and treatments.


• Maintain strict hygiene, sanitation, and sterilization standards.


• Keep the nail station clean, organized, and fully prepared for each appointment.


• Ensure client comfort, satisfaction, and a luxury service experience.


• Promote salon services, packages, and retail products when appropriate.


• Follow all salon policies, service standards, and safety procedures.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Nail Technician, Nail Artist, or Manicurist.


• Strong experience in Russian manicure, BIAB, and nail extensions is required.


• Knowledge of nail structure, product application, hygiene, and safe removal techniques.


• Ability to deliver clean, precise, and high-quality results.


• Portfolio or photos of previous nail work are preferred.


• Well-groomed, professional, and presentable.


• Good communication skills in English; Arabic is an added advantage.


• Friendly personality with a client-focused attitude.


• Ability to work in a fast-paced luxury salon environment.


• Must be available to work in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
