Nurse - Home Care - Dubai - Immediate Joiners

*Job Description: Nurse- Home Care*  

*Company:* Leading Healthcare / Home Care Services Company  

*Location:* Dubai, UAE  

*Experience:* 2-3 Years  

*Salary:* AED 3,000 – AED 4,000 per month  

*Role & Responsibilities:*

1. Provide professional nursing care to patients in their homes as per doctor’s prescription and care plan

2. Monitor and record vital signs, administer medications, injections, and IV therapy

3. Assist with wound care, dressing changes, catheter care, and post-operative care

4. Support patients with chronic illnesses, elderly care, palliative care, and rehabilitation

5. Educate patients and family members on medication, diet, hygiene, and disease management

6. Maintain accurate patient records, daily nursing notes, and progress reports

7. Coordinate with doctors, physiotherapists, and other healthcare professionals for patient care

8. Ensure infection control, hygiene standards, and patient safety at all times

9. Respond to emergencies and provide first aid when required

10. Assist with mobility, feeding, and daily living activities for bedridden and elderly patients

*Requirements:*

1. 2-3 years experience as a Nurse, preferably in Home Care, Hospital, or Geriatric care

2. Valid Nursing Degree/Diploma: BSc Nursing / GNM / ANM

3. *Dubai Health Authority (DHA) License* or eligibility to obtain DHA license is mandatory

4. Valid BLS / CPR certification preferred

5. Strong knowledge of nursing procedures, patient care, and medical equipment

6. Excellent communication skills in English. Hindi/Malayalam/Arabic is an added advantage

7. Compassionate, patient, and able to work independently in home environment
