Renowned for their technical innovation and customer\-first approach, the company is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead and optimize end\-to\-end operational functions while aligning efficiency with business growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities
\- Oversee daily operations to ensure productivity, cost control, and alignment with business goals.
\- Evaluate existing workflows, introduce best practices, and implement automation and process enhancements.
\- Lead and develop cross\-functional teams, setting clear KPIs and ensuring performance accountability.
\- Plan and optimize the utilization of manpower, stock, systems, and infrastructure.
\- Ensure full compliance with internal policies, legal requirements, and governance standards.
\- Work closely with Purchase, Inventory, Service, HR, IT, and Finance to maintain seamless coordination.
\- Establish and monitor operational dashboards, MIS reports, and performance metrics for leadership review.
\- Proactively identify risks, develop mitigation plans, and manage operational challenges.
\- Drive initiatives that improve service delivery, turnaround time, and overall customer experience.
Requirements
\- Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field; MBA is an advantage.
\- 8â12 years of relevant experience in operations management within trading or distribution environments.
\- Demonstrated experience managing multiple departments and large operational teams.
\- Strong leadership, analytical, and decision\-making capabilities.
\- Hands\-on experience with ERP platforms (Zoho preferred).
\- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
