Description
The Organizational Development Executive will partner with senior leadership to design and implement frameworks that enhance organizational structure, policies, and processes. This role will oversee performance management systems, competency models, and employee development programs, ensuring they support Al Barakah Group’s strategic goals and foster a culture of continuous improvement across all business units.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute organization-wide OD strategies aligned with corporate objectives.
Design and maintain performance management frameworks and appraisal processes.
Lead process improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.
Conduct workforce planning and talent gap analyses for all subsidiaries.
Create competency models and career development pathways.
Facilitate change management programs, including communication and training plans.
Advise senior management on organizational structure and redesign recommendations.
Monitor and report on OD metrics, KPIs, and impact assessments.
Collaborate with HR to integrate learning and development initiatives.
Support the rollout of employee engagement and retention programs.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or related field (Master’s preferred).
5+ years of experience in organizational development, performance management, or related HR functions.
Proven track record of leading large‑scale change and process improvement projects.
Strong knowledge of competency modeling, workforce planning, and talent management.
Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and data‑driven decision‑making skills.
Effective communication and influencing abilities across all organizational levels.
Experience with HRIS and performance management software (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Workday).
Certification in change management, Lean, Six Sigma, or similar is a plus.
Ability to work in a fast‑paced, multicultural environment.
Fluency in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
