Processor- EI Sales ( UAEN )

About the Role

Emirates Islamic is looking for a detail-oriented Processor to join the EI Sales team. This role will support customer finance applications from submission to approval and booking, ensuring accuracy, timely follow-up, smooth coordination, and compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Process customer finance applications accurately within agreed turnaround times.

• Collect, verify, and manage required documents as per approved checklists.

• Coordinate with Sales, Credit, Operations, customers, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely deal completion.

• Respond to customer queries and provide regular updates on application status.

• Maintain MIS reports and ensure adherence to SOPs, audit, compliance, and service quality standards.

What We’re Looking For

• UAE National candidates are preferred.

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma qualification.

• Experience in banking operations, sales support, processing, customer service, or administration.

• Strong attention to detail, documentation management, and follow-up skills.

• Good communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
