Product Support Officer (UAE Nationals Only)

Job Responsibility:

• Execute mandatory customer callback procedures for Wealth Management products, including Structured Products, Sukuks, Equities, Funds, and Savings Plans. 
• Explain key product features, terms, and associated risks to customers, ensuring understanding before transaction confirmation.  
• Ensure adherence to internal compliance requirements, policies, and control frameworks. 
• Monitor and maintain the quality of customer interactions while ensuring regulatory requirements are fulfilled. 
• Address customer queries and concerns in a timely, professional, and effective manner. 
• Coordinate with Relationship Managers and internal stakeholders to facilitate smooth transaction processing and issue resolution. 
• Support implementation and enhancement of operational controls, processes, and customer communication standards. 
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with audit and compliance requirements. 
• Escalate issues promptly and take ownership of customer concerns through to resolution.

Job Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor Graduate, preferably in business or finance related field.
• 2 years+ experience in financial services industry with exposure to investment to takaful products and experience in customer communication and / or service.
• Knowledge of investment and takaful products, e.g. sukuks, funds, equities, structured products etc.,
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written & verbal).
• Strong judgement skills and ability to handle client requests and / or complaints promptly.
• Ability to work in partnership with key stakeholders.
• Proficient in MS office
