Black & Grey HR is hiring for a client â a premier provider of exceptional outdoor living solutions â who is looking to hire a skilled Production Manager with extensive experience in aluminium manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities:
\- Oversee daily production operations, ensuring smooth workflow and timely delivery.
\- Plan, schedule, and manage production activities to meet targets and project timelines.
\- Monitor and optimize production flow, identifying bottlenecks and implementing improvements.
\- Coordinate procurement activities to ensure availability of raw materials and resources.
\- Manage end\-to\-end aluminium manufacturing processes with a strong focus on quality, efficiency, and cost control.
\- Lead and supervise production teams, ensuring adherence to safety standards and operational best practices.
\- Collaborate with cross\-functional teams including design, procurement, and installation.
\- Prepare production reports, maintain documentation, and ensure compliance with industry standards.
Requirements
\- Minimum 8 years of proven experience in production management within the UAE.
\- Strong background in aluminium manufacturing is mandatory.
\- Excellent knowledge of production planning, materials management, and workflow optimization.
\- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
\- Ability to troubleshoot operational issues and implement effective solutions.
\- Familiarity with safety regulations and quality control practices.
