PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR

Qualification (minimum)

Bachelors in Chemical, Mechanical, or Production Engineering, or an equivalent qualification is preferred.

Experience (minimum)

Minimum 7 to 10 years of Oil & Gas industry experience, with at least 5 years in a Production Supervisor or Petroleum Engineer role.

Job Description

* Oversee daily production operations, ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient activities in accordance with approved operational standards.

* Plan, coordinate, and monitor production activities to achieve operational targets and continuity.

* Implement Permit to Work (PTW) systems and carry out risk assessments to ensure safe execution of all activities.

* Coordinate closely with maintenance teams to minimise downtime and support uninterrupted operations.

* Supervise and monitor contractors and site personnel to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and scope requirements.

* Manage resources, manpower, materials, and inventory to ensure effective utilisation and availability.

* Ensure full compliance with HSE and operational management system requirements, while supporting team development and continuous improvement.
