Project Manager

Job Summary

The Project Manager will oversee end\-to\-end execution of interior fit\-out and contracting projects, ensuring completion within time, cost, quality, and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and close interior projects as per contract scope
  




• Prepare project schedules, work programs, and manpower planning
  




• Coordinate with clients, consultants, designers, engineers, and vendors
  




• Monitor site progress, quality standards, and safety compliance
  




• Control project budgets, approve bills, and manage variations
  




• Ensure timely procurement of materials and subcontractor management
  




• Conduct regular site meetings and prepare progress reports
  




• Manage risk, resolve site issues, and handle client escalations
  




• Ensure smooth project handover and documentation closure
  

Requirements

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering / Interior / Architecture
  




• 5–10 years of experience in interior fit\-out & contracting
  




• Strong knowledge of site execution, planning, and cost control
  




• Leadership and problem\-solving skills
  




• Proficiency in MS Project/Primavera and MS Office
