Project Manager – Real Estate Development (Dubai)

A growing real estate development company in Dubai is looking for a Project Manager to oversee end -to -end development and delivery of residential and mixed -use projects.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management within the real estate development sector, combining experience in Russia/CIS markets with hands -on UAE development exposure. This role requires a proactive, detail -oriented professional capable of managing projects from concept and design stages through construction and final handover.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full project lifecycle from concept design, schematic design, detailed design, tendering, construction, and final handover
  
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders throughout the development process
  
• Lead project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution activities
  
• Review and monitor design development to ensure alignment with project objectives, quality standards, and timelines
  
• Manage tendering processes, contractor evaluations, negotiations, and procurement coordination
  
• Supervise project execution on -site and ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and local regulations
  
• Monitor project progress, risks, budgets, and reporting to senior management
  
• Ensure timely resolution of technical, design, and operational issues
  
• Coordinate with UAE authorities, consultants, and service providers regarding approvals and project requirements
  
• Lead and coordinate internal and external project teams while maintaining a collaborative team environment
  
• Ensure successful project completion within timeline, budget, and quality expectations

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in real estate development and project management
  
• Mandatory UAE experience with a real estate developer or development consultancy
  
• Strong exposure to residential and mixed -use developments
  
• Russian and English fluency is required
  
• Previous project management experience in Russia/CIS markets is required
  
• Proven experience managing end -to -end projects (from concept through completion)
  
• Strong understanding of design coordination, construction processes, and development lifecycle
  
• Team management and stakeholder coordination experience
  
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
  
• Ability to work in a fast -paced, collaborative environment
  
• PMP or other project management certification is considered an advantage
  
• Architectural, engineering, or construction -related educational background preferred
