Key
Responsibilities:

• Client Engagement:
  
• Proactively seek out and engage potential clients through
  various channels, including networking, social media, and referrals.
  
• Conduct property viewings (where applicable) and provide
  clients with comprehensive information about off -plan properties, the
  market, and the purchasing process.
  
• Market Research:
  
• Stay updated on the local real estate market trends, property
  values, and the competitive landscape, specifically focusing on off -plan
  developments.
  
• Conduct comparative market analysis to estimate properties’
  value and investment potential.
  
• Sales and Negotiation:
  
• Assist clients in making informed decisions by presenting
  detailed property information, answering queries, and addressing concerns.
  
• Negotiate deals on behalf of clients to secure the best
  possible terms.
  
• Prepare and manage all necessary documentation for property
  transactions, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
  
• Relationship Management:
  
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to
  encourage repeat business and referrals.
  
• Provide post -sale support and follow -up to ensure client
  satisfaction.
