Public Relation Officer

We are urgently seeking an experienced and highly professional Public Relations Officer (PRO) with strong expertise in Immigration, Visa Processing, and MOHRE-related procedures to join a prestigious government-related office in Abu Dhabi.

The ideal candidate must have extensive experience handling government transactions, employee documentation, labor and immigration matters, and coordinating with UAE government authorities efficiently and confidentially.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee all Immigration, Visa, Emirates ID, and labor-related processes in compliance with UAE regulations

• Handle MOHRE applications, approvals, renewals, labor contracts, and related compliance procedures efficiently and accurately
• Coordinate and maintain strong working relationships with UAE government authorities and relevant online portals
• Process employment visas, cancellations, status changes, labor documentation, and other government-related formalities
• Ensure timely completion of all government transactions, approvals, and regulatory requirements
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure full compliance with UAE labor and immigration laws
• Liaise professionally with internal stakeholders, senior management, and government departments
• Handle confidential and high-level government matters with professionalism, discretion, and efficiency

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of proven UAE experience as a Public Relations Officer (PRO)
• Mandatory prior experience working within the UAE government sector.
• Strong expertise in: Immigration procedures and government transactions and MOHRE processes and labor-related services
• Visa processing, labor contracts, and employee documentation
• Arabic language proficiency is mandatory
• In-depth knowledge of UAE labor laws, immigration regulations, and government procedures
• Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage sensitive and confidential government-related matters professionally
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working under pressure
