QA/QC Engineer

Job Description:

Roles & responsibilities:-

The QA/QC Engineer is responsible for establishing, implementing, and managing all Quality Assurance

and Quality Control activities related to mechanical, piping, and pipeline works across PI TC projects,

ensuring full compliance with the Company's Quality Management System (QMS).

* Liaising with consultant, contractors and sub-contractors for the approval of quality plans.

* Ensure quality requirements are defined and documented in the Request for Quotation (RFQ) and

Purchase * Order (PO) and Subcontracts.

* Auditing of subcontractors and vendors.

* Plan, Inspect, supervise and coordinate (with Supervisor) matters related to requirements and the

installation of facilities at the Company offshore locations to ensure efficient and smooth operations at

all Units.

* Identify material/equipment required & management activities according to preventive maintenance

schedule,work requisitions or notifications in urgent and emergency situations at offshore locations and

coordinate transportation of the same to facilitate timely availability of resources.

* Monitor the quality of material equipment and technical skills deployed in maintenance and installation

services provided by external Contractors to ensure reliability, integrity, and phased acceptance of their

work in line with relevant quality standards.

* Monitor stock and usage levels of spares, consumables, and materials to ensure that items are available

to meet requirements, and that usage is consistent with budgeted assumptions.
