Quality Controller

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure all QA procedures and workshop quality standards are consistently followed.


• Conduct vehicle inspections and road tests to verify repair quality and performance standards.


• Ensure all completed work complies with company and manufacturer guidelines.


• Support and advise Service Advisors, Technicians, and customers when required.


• Maintain and improve the “Fix It Right the First Time” ratio.


• Record and maintain accurate data related to inspections, repairs, and job cards.


• Monitor daily QA activities and maintain related tracking reports.


• Report safety-related issues to the Service Advisor or relevant department.


• Maintain clean, organized, and safe working areas within the workshop.


• Assist with calibration and maintenance of workshop equipment.


• Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies.


• Perform additional workshop-related duties as assigned by the Service Manager.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role within the automotive industry.


• High Diploma in Mechanics or equivalent qualification.


• Brand Advanced Technician Qualification Certificate is required.


• Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.


• Fluency in English is required


• Strong computer literacy and ability to manage workshop systems and reports.


• Good communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.


• Professional appearance and positive attitude at all times.
