Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Real Estate Agent – Off-Plan to manage property sales and build strong relationships with prospective buyers and investors. The role will focus primarily on UAE off-plan developments and requires strong market knowledge, client engagement, negotiation, and closing capabilities. Candidates with an established personal client/investor portfolio would be preferred.

Key Responsibilities
• Promote and sell off-plan residential and investment properties.
• Generate, manage, and convert qualified leads into successful transactions.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable projects based on budget, objectives, and investment preferences.
• Present project details, payment plans, expected completion timelines, and key selling points to clients.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of new project launches, developer offerings, pricing, promotions, and market trends.
• Conduct client meetings, property presentations, project briefings, and site visits.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, investors, buyers, and prospective clients.
• Negotiate effectively and manage transactions through to successful closure.
• Coordinate with developers and internal teams regarding bookings, documentation, payments, and transaction progress.
• Maintain accurate client and sales activity records in the company CRM.
• Follow up consistently with leads and maintain an active sales pipeline.
• Achieve agreed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Ensure all transactions comply with applicable UAE real estate regulations and company procedures.
Candidate Requirements
• Proven experience in UAE real estate sales, preferably within the off-plan market.
• Good knowledge of major UAE developers, projects, communities, and off-plan sales processes.
• Strong sales, negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
• Ability to develop and maintain relationships with investors and end-users.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a performance-focused environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional English communication skills; additional languages are an advantage.
• Relevant UAE real estate broker/agent certification or license is preferred, where applicable.
• UAE driving license is an advantage.

• Basic Salary: AED 5,000– AED 15,000 per month, depending on experience and suitability.

For an agent within the AED 10,000–15,000 monthly salary range, a minimum sales target of AED 5 million per month / AED 15 million per quarter is expected. Quarterly sales of AED 25 million or above will be recognized as high performance and may qualify for enhanced performance incentives.
Note: Final salary and commission structure will be determined based on the candidate’s experience, track
record, market knowledge, and overall suitability for the role.
