Key Responsibilities:

Welcome and assist guests in a warm, professional, and personalized manner.
Handle check-in, check-out, room assignments, and guest requests efficiently.
Provide accurate information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
Address guest concerns and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure prompt resolution.
Maintain accurate guest records and follow Front Office procedures.
Handle payments and ensure all transactions are processed accurately.
Maintain high standards of grooming, service, and professionalism at all times.

Requirements:

Previous Front Office or Reception experience in a hotel is preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage.

Guest-focused, professional, and well-presented.

Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
