Job Description - Remittance Growth Executive - Bangladeshi Community
The Role
Drive the growth of du Pay's digital remittance proposition within the Bangladeshi expatriate community across the UAE, supporting the wider objective of providing secure, convenient, and cost-effective international money transfer solutions.
Take ownership of customer acquisition, activation, retention, reactivation, and remittance transaction growth within the assigned Bangladeshi community segment, reporting to the Channel Lead with functional oversight from the Remittance Lead – du Pay.
Operate in a UAE field-based capacity as a sales and customer activation professional, converting direct community engagement into measurable commercial outcomes rather than focusing primarily on marketing or event coordination.
Build a strong and sustainable presence within the Bangladeshi community by developing trusted relationships with customers, employers, labour accommodations, community leaders, associations, retail businesses, social groups, and other influential community networks.
Leverage a strong understanding of Bangladeshi community dynamics, remittance behaviour, customer needs, peer influence, employer relationships, and community decision-making patterns to accelerate du Pay adoption.
Engage effectively across blue-collar workers, skilled labourers, service-sector employees, transportation workers, SME owners, professional workers, community associations, and retail business operators.
Drive customers through the complete remittance journey from app registration and KYC completion through wallet activation, first remittance transaction, repeat usage, and long-term active-customer status.
Deliver tangible business outcomes including new customer registrations, KYC completion, first-time remittance transactions, repeat transactions, dormant-customer reactivation, Monthly Active User (MAU) growth, and increased remittance volume.
Capitalize on the Bangladeshi community's high remittance frequency, strong word-of-mouth influence, peer-led adoption behaviour, employer-community relationships, and active community networks to generate sustainable customer growth.
Establish strong community credibility through consistent field presence, accessibility, relationship building, and trust, recognizing these as critical drivers of adoption within the Bangladeshi remittance corridor.
Serve as the commercial link between du Pay and the Bangladeshi community, translating community access and relationships into active remittance customers, repeat transactions, and sustainable business growth.

Demonstrate a structured strategy for dormant-customer reactivation and provide an example of a community activation campaign personally executed that delivered measurable results.
Performance incentives are commercially aligned to first-time transactions, repeat transactions, dormant-customer reactivation, registration-to-activation conversion, and CRM/reporting compliance, with the strongest emphasis on first-time transactions.
Benefit from a market-competitive compensation package complemented by a lucrative performance-linked incentive structure that rewards customer activation, repeat usage, reactivation, commercial growth, and disciplined execution.
The ideal profile is a community-connected sales professional—not an event coordinator or marketing executive—who understands the Bangladeshi expatriate community, builds trust rapidly, and consistently converts engagement into active remittance users, repeat transactions, and sustainable remittance-volume growth.
Market competitive salary and lucrative salary structure.
