Job Description - Remittance Growth Executive - Filipino Community
The Role
Drive customer acquisition, activation, retention, reactivation, and remittance growth within the Filipino community across the UAE, building sustained community access and converting engagement into verified commercial outcomes.
Operate as a UAE field-based Community Growth Executive reporting to the Channel Lead with functional oversight from the Remittance Lead – du Pay, under an outsourced 24-month contract including probation.
Work within a field-intensive model requiring a minimum of 9 hours daily across 6 days per week, with a weekday off and weekend availability.
Operate as a field-sales and community-growth professional—not a general events or marketing resource—with accountability for registrations, completed KYC, first remittance transactions, second-transfer conversion, dormant-customer reactivation, monthly active remitters, and attributable remittance volume.
Develop employer, professional, faith-based, social, and digital community partnerships and maintain complete CRM records for attributable business outcomes.
Engage domestic workers and household-service employees; hospitality, healthcare, retail, aviation, logistics, and service-sector employees; professionals and SME owners; Filipino business networks; churches and faith-based groups; social and sports clubs; cultural organizations; digital/Facebook/WhatsApp communities and content creators; and employers/payroll partners with concentrated Filipino workforces.
Build a trusted and commercially productive presence across Filipino community networks, converting relationships into first remittance transactions, repeat usage, dormant-user reactivation, and sustainable remittance volume.
Duties and Responsibilities
Map priority community clusters, employers, churches, clubs, retailers, restaurants, and gathering points and maintain a live pipeline of community leaders, employers, digital groups, and activation venues.
Support app registration, KYC completion, and wallet activation and convert registered customers into first-time remitters through assisted onboarding and structured follow-up.
Use approved campaigns, referrals, and employer activations to generate measurable acquisition and transaction outcomes.
Drive the second transaction within the agreed period, contact and reactivate dormant customers using approved customer lists and scripts, and build referral advocacy among retained and high-value users.
Develop relationships with HR teams, payroll contacts, business owners, church representatives, and association representatives and secure workplace activations, salary-day engagement, and community referral opportunities.
Track competitor rates, fees, promotions, service experience, and customer barriers and record all leads, engagements, referrals, and attributed outcomes in approved systems.
During Month 1 of probation, deliver 75 touchpoints, 20 Tier 1 contacts, 30 Tier 2 contacts, 10 employer prospects, a competitor baseline, and an approved 90-day plan.
During Month 2 of probation, deliver 30–40 visits, 4–6 activations, 75–125 registrations, 35–60 first transfers, and 20–35 reactivations.
During Month 3 of probation, deliver 40–50 visits, 6–8 activations, 125–175 registrations, 55–85 first transfers, and 30–50 reactivations.
Meet probation-confirmation requirements of a minimum 75% overall score, at least 70% Month 3 commercial achievement, at least 90% CRM compliance, an adequate territory pipeline, and no material conduct breach.
At steady state, deliver monthly expectations of 150–250 new registrations, 70–120 first-time remittance users, 40–80 dormant-customer reactivations, at least 50 community visits, at least 15 influencer/community meetings, at least 8 micro activations, and 8–10 employer engagements, with remittance-volume and repeat-usage community targets established after probation.
Requirements
Minimum 2–4 years of UAE field-sales, customer-acquisition, or community-growth experience.
Filipino/Tagalog is mandatory with strong working proficiency in English; additional Philippine languages are an advantage.
Demonstrable access to Filipino employers, professional groups, churches, social clubs, or digital communities.
Preferred experience within remittance, exchange houses, fintech, telecom, banking acquisition, merchant acquisition, or FMCG field sales.
Comfortable with six-day field deployment, weekend work, and evening community activity.
Proven target achievement, CRM discipline, and customer follow-up capability.
Strong capability in target-driven field sales and customer conversion, community networking and stakeholder management, employer and partnership development, customer lifecycle management and retention, negotiation, presentation, assisted onboarding, territory planning, CRM reporting, data discipline, resilience, accountability, and customer-service orientation.
Provide evidence of previous monthly targets and achievements and demonstrate personal access to at least five Filipino community organizations, churches, employers, clubs, or digital groups in the UAE.
Present a credible 30-day plan to activate 100 Filipino remittance customers and demonstrate how registration leads will be converted into first and repeat transactions.
Successfully meet reference, conduct, and background-check requirements applicable to du Pay and the outsourced agency.
Performance incentives are aligned to first-time remittance users, repeat-transaction conversion, remittance volume, dormant-customer reactivation, registration-to-first-transfer conversion, employer/community pipeline development, and CRM/reporting/conduct, with the strongest emphasis on first-time remittance users.
Benefit from a market-competitive compensation package complemented by a lucrative performance-linked incentive structure that rewards customer activation, repeat usage, reactivation, commercial growth, and disciplined execution.
The ideal profile is a community-connected sales professional who converts trusted relationships into active remittance customers, repeat usage, and sustainable volume. Candidates whose experience is limited to event coordination or generic promotion should not be shortlisted.
Market competitive salary and lucrative salary structure.
Company provided visa, health insurance and yearly airfare.
