Job Summary: We are looking for a highly motivated and technically skilled Client Outreach Manager to lead Sortitt’s client engagement and outreach initiatives. This role requires someone with a strong understanding of product positioning, lead generation, and client relationship management. The Outreach Manager will work closely with the leadership team to design and execute targeted outreach strategies using advanced tools and platforms.


 


Responsibilities:



  • Develop and implement client outreach strategies to drive business growth and partnerships.

  • Identify and engage potential leads through Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, and other outreach automation platforms.

  • Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Operations, and HR) to align outreach with organizational goals.

  • Manage and optimize outreach campaigns for maximum conversion and engagement.

  • Maintain accurate records of outreach efforts, leads, and follow-ups in CRM systems.

  • Prepare reports and insights on outreach performance, suggesting improvements and new approaches.

  • Stay updated with the latest outreach, lead generation, and sales enablement tools to continuously improve processes.

  • Represent Sortitt in client calls, presentations, and networking events to build strong relationships.


 


Qualifications:



  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

  • 3–4 years of proven experience in outreach, business development, or client engagement.

  • Strong technical expertise in tools such as Apollo, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other CRM/automation platforms.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a client-focused mindset.

  • Ability to analyze outreach data and optimize strategies accordingly.

  • Self-driven, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently in a remote setup.

  • Strong multitasking and project management skills.

  • Experience in working with international clients (UK, US, or Middle East).

  • Familiarity with SaaS, HR tech, or service-based industries.

  • Knowledge of email automation, personalization, and advanced targeting techniques.
