We
are looking for a Sales Coordinator to support the Fluid Codes Sales Team
across UAE, KSA, and Egypt. This role will play a crucial part in ensuring
smooth sales operations, assisting the sales team with quotations, follow -ups,
sales activity tracking, and reporting. The ideal candidate will have 3 -5 years
of experience in sales coordination for software sales and a strong ability to
manage customer interactions effectively.
1. Support the Fluid Codes Sales Team in daily
sales operations across UAE, KSA, and Egypt.
2. Assist
the Regional Sales Director in driving infringement compliance initiatives
through accurate preparation and maintenance of required documentation.
3. Assist
in preparing and processing quotations, proposals, and pricing documents.
4. Follow
up with customers on pending deals, renewals, and license deliveries.
5. Ensure
Salesforce CRM is updated with the latest sales activities and customer
interactions including meetings, deal updates etc/
6. Generate
and share weekly sales reports with Sales Director, providing insights on
pipeline, meetings, renewals, New business, New Logo among other key metrics.
7. Coordinate
with internal teams to ensure on -time license delivery and track software
renewals.
8. Liaise
with finance and operations teams to facilitate order processing and contract
management.
9. Maintain
records of customer interactions, purchase history, and open opportunities.
10. Provide administrative support to the sales team
to enhance operational efficiency.
1. 3 -5 years of experience in sales coordination,
preferably in software sales.
2. Proficiency
in using CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) to track sales activities and
customer data.
3. Experience
in preparing quotations, sales reports, and tracking renewals.
4. Strong
organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
5. Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate between sales, finance,
and operations teams.
6. Ability
to work in a fast -paced environment and support a geographically distributed
sales team.
7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word,
PowerPoint) for reporting and documentation.
1. Previous experience in software sales
coordination within the Middle East region.
2. Familiarity
with Ansys or other engineering simulation software sales is added advantage.
3. Experience
in working with multi -country sales teams (UAE, KSA, Egypt).
4. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and
prioritize tasks effectively.
