Sales Coordinator

Additional Information: This hotel is owned and operated by an independent franchisee, Sultan Rashed Saeed Al Dhaheri. The franchisee is a separate company and a separate employer from Marriott International, Inc.  The franchisee solely controls all aspects of the hotel’s employment policies and practices, including hiring, firing, discipline, staffing, compensation, benefits, and all other terms and conditions of employment.  If you accept a position at this hotel, you will be employed by a franchisee and not by Marriott International, Inc.

  Assist the sales team in developing and executing sales strategies to maximize revenue opportunities.

  Coordinate and support sales activities, including client communication, site visits, and proposal preparation.

  Maintain and update client databases and sales management systems accurately.

  Prepare sales reports, contracts, and correspondence with professionalism and attention to detail.

  Support the planning and execution of sales events and promotions.

  Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, front office, and events to ensure client needs are met.

  Provide excellent service to clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring Marriott’s standards of hospitality are upheld.

  Monitor market trends and competitors to identify new sales opportunities.

  Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor consistent with Marriott brand standards.

  Previous experience in sales and hospitality at Marriott

  Strong verbal and written communication skills.
