We are Sisco Jobs, a recruitment consultancy based in Trichy, Tamil Nadu. We are hiring on behalf of our client for the position of Scaffolding Supervisor in Abu Dhabi, UAE. Our client is a reputed organization in the Inspection and Maintenance Services sector seeking skilled, motivated professionals. Key Responsibilities

• Supervise scaffolding erection, modification, inspection, and dismantling activities at project sites.
  
• Assess scaffolding-related risks before authorizing work activities.
  
• Review structural and operational parameters to confirm scaffolding systems are safe for intended loads and site conditions.
  
• Conduct technical inspections of scaffolding structures and identify unsafe conditions or non-compliance.
  
• Grant high-level execution authorization only after confirming technical and safety requirements are satisfied.
  
• Coordinate with scaffolding teams, safety personnel, and site management during execution activities.
  
• Monitor compliance with approved scaffolding procedures, drawings, and applicable safety standards.
  
• Stop or escalate work where structural integrity, access conditions, or operational safety requirements are not satisfied.
  

Required Skills

Scaffolding Supervision: Ability to control erection, alteration, inspection, and dismantling activities safely.

Risk Assessment: Strong ability to identify hazards and evaluate scaffolding-related operational risks.

Structural Review: Ability to assess load conditions, stability, support arrangements, and other structural parameters.

Technical Inspection: Competence in inspecting scaffolding systems before release for use.

Execution Authorization: Ability to make technically informed decisions before approving high-risk scaffolding activities.

Preferred Skills

• Scaffolding safety and compliance knowledge

Work Experience Requirements

The posting requires 5 years of experience. Candidates should have practical experience in scaffolding supervision, technical inspection, risk assessment, and authorization of scaffolding activities within industrial or maintenance environments.
