We are currently seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Waiters/ess to join our dynamic team on a freelance basis to join exciting premium events happening this season. 

**Position Overview:**

As a Waiter/ess at The Bussola Group, you will play a pivotal role in providing outstanding service to our guests. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that our guests have a delightful dining experience. **Key Responsibilities:**

- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.

- Present menus, explain daily specials, and make recommendations based on guest preferences.

- Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system.

- Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently, ensuring the highest standards of presentation.

- Monitor guest satisfaction and respond to any requests or concerns in a timely manner.

- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate order preparation and timely service.

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, utensils, and service stations.

- Assist in setting up and breaking down dining areas for special events or functions.

- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including food handling and sanitation standards.

- Work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.

**Qualifications:**

- Previous experience as a waiter/ess or in a similar role in the hospitality industry is preferred.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

- Positive attitude and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.

- Knowledge of food and beverage menus, including wine pairing, is a plus.

- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
