Senior Healthcare Strategy & Operations Advisor (UAE National)

We are looking for an experienced Senior Healthcare Strategy & Operations Advisor to support executive leadership within a leading healthcare organization in Dubai. This role is ideal for someone who has worked within a large hospital group, healthcare network, healthcare authority, academic medical center, integrated healthcare system, or healthcare consulting environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate healthcare market developments, patient demand and emerging service opportunities to identify areas for growth and service enhancement.
  


• Assess proposals for new services, healthcare programs, expansion initiatives and strategic collaborations.
  


• Analyze operational and clinical performance information to identify trends, risks, capacity constraints and opportunities for improvement.
  


• Translate complex healthcare data into clear insights, recommendations and executive-level reports.
  


• Review KPIs, benchmarks and performance indicators to support strategic and operational decision-making.
  


• Identify opportunities to improve workflows, productivity, resource utilization and overall healthcare service delivery.
  


• Support transformation and continuous improvement initiatives across clinical and operational functions.
  


• Analyze patient access, patient flow, capacity and service utilization to identify barriers and improvement opportunities.
  


• Develop business cases, strategic presentations, executive briefings and performance reports for senior leadership.
  


• Provide evidence-based recommendations on operational challenges, growth opportunities and emerging healthcare trends.
  


• Support senior governance meetings and strategic committees through analysis, recommendations and follow-up.
  


• Work closely with clinical, finance, digital health, corporate and operational stakeholders to drive organizational priorities.
  


• Explore opportunities involving business intelligence, advanced analytics and emerging technologies to strengthen forecasting, planning and performance management.
  

Requirements

• 15+ years of progressive experience in healthcare strategy, healthcare operations, business development, performance improvement, operational excellence, healthcare analytics or healthcare consulting.
  


• A strong background within a large healthcare organization, hospital network, integrated healthcare system, healthcare authority, academic medical center or healthcare consulting environment.
  


• Proven experience supporting or advising C-suite, executive or senior healthcare leadership.
  


• Strong understanding of healthcare service development, operational performance and healthcare market dynamics.
  


• Experience working with healthcare KPIs, performance data, benchmarking and analytical insights.
