Senior Power BI Developer (Arabic-Speaking)

Required Skills and Experience

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Power BI development, dashboard design, DAX, Power Query, and data modelling.


• Strong experience with SQL Server, Microsoft Dataverse, and Dynamics 365 data structures.


• Hands-on experience with SSIS and Azure Data Factory.


• Experience with API-based data integration.


• Good understanding of Power BI Service administration, data gateways, scheduled refreshes, and row-level security.


• Strong troubleshooting and data validation skills.


• Ability to work with business stakeholders and deliver maintainable analytics solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI reports, dashboards, datasets, and semantic models.


• Build and optimize data models using DAX and Power Query.


• Develop clear and effective data visualizations aligned with business reporting requirements.


• Connect Power BI to SQL Server, Dataverse, Excel, APIs, and cloud-based data sources.


• Develop and maintain ETL processes using SSIS and Azure Data Factory.


• Work with Dataverse tables, relationships, data models, and security configurations.


• Clean, transform, validate, and reconcile data for reporting and analytics.


• Optimize report performance, dataset refreshes, queries, and data models.


• Implement row-level security, workspace permissions, and data access controls.


• Support data migration, data validation, reconciliation, and data quality activities.


• Collaborate with business stakeholders and CRM teams to translate requirements into reliable reporting solutions.


• Publish, manage, monitor, and maintain reports and datasets in Power BI Service.


• Troubleshoot refresh failures, reporting issues, data discrepancies, and performance bottlenecks.
