Senior Project Manager - Marble / Luxury Interiors Industry, Dubai

Key Responsibilities

Manage and oversee marble, granite, and stone projects from commencement to final handover.

Develop project execution plans, schedules, manpower requirements, and resource plans.

Coordinate closely with the factory, production, planning, procurement, QS, design, logistics, and site teams.

Review approved drawings, shop drawings, BOQs, specifications, material requirements, and project schedules.

Ensure timely release of materials and fabrication requirements to the factory.

Monitor factory production and site installation progress against project schedules.

Coordinate with clients, consultants, main contractors, and subcontractors on project requirements and progress.

Conduct regular site visits and project progress meetings.

Monitor project costs, productivity, manpower, material consumption, and overall profitability.

Identify project delays, technical issues, resource shortages, and commercial risks and implement corrective actions.

Coordinate with the QS/commercial team regarding variations, claims, additional works, and contractual requirements.

Ensure proper coordination between site measurements, shop drawings, fabrication, delivery, and installation.

Ensure all works comply with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and client requirements.

Monitor project quality and ensure timely closure of snags and outstanding works.

Manage project manpower and ensure efficient utilization of skilled workers, supervisors, and installation teams.

Coordinate material deliveries and ensure materials reach sites as per project requirements.

Ensure compliance with company HSE requirements and project-specific safety standards.

Prepare and submit regular project progress reports to senior management.

Review project performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective measures.

Maintain proper project documentation, records, approvals, and correspondence.

Manage project completion, snagging, testing where applicable, final inspection, and handover.

Maintain strong professional relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders.

Provide leadership and guidance to Project Engineers, Site Engineers, Supervisors, and project teams.

Ensure multiple projects are managed efficiently and priorities are aligned with company objectives.
