Senior Relationship Manager

We are seeking an exceptional and well-connected Senior Relationship Manager to join our Private Banking team. The ideal candidate will bring a transferable book of business and Assets Under Management (AUM) of at least USD 50 million, with a proven track record of servicing High-Net-Worth (HNWI) and Ultra-High-Net-Worth Individuals (UHNWI) across global markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Cultivate and manage long-term relationships with HNWI/UHNWI clients, family offices, and key intermediaries
  

• Provide tailored investment, wealth planning, and credit solutions aligned with clients’ financial goals
  

• Actively grow AUM through strategic acquisition and deepening of existing relationships
  

• Ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements and internal risk policies
  

• Collaborate with product specialists, investment advisors, and legal teams to deliver holistic client solutions
  

• Represent the bank at high-profile events, forums, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and client engagement
  

Candidate Profile

• Minimum 7–10 years of experience in Private Banking or Wealth Management
  

• Demonstrated success in managing a transferable book of HNWI/UHNWI clients with AUM ≥ USD 50 million
  

• Deep understanding of global financial markets, investment products, and wealth structuring
  

• Strong network across GCC, Europe, Asia, or other key financial hubs
  

• Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills
  

• Fluency in English; additional languages (Arabic, French, Russian, Mandarin) are a plus
  

• Bachelor’s degree required; CFA, MBA, or other relevant certifications preferred
