Job Description - Site Supervisor

10–15 years of experience in operations.
3–5 years of experience in a supervisory role.
Experience coordinating and supervising daily site or plant operations.
Knowledge of planned and reactive maintenance activities.
Understanding of equipment inspections and fault escalation.
Knowledge of workplace safety procedures, including JHAs, SWMS, and SOPs.
Experience coordinating contractors and managing work permits.
Ability to monitor operational performance, downtime, and quality.
Strong team leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
A car is an advantage, according to the employer's brief.
