Summary: If you live and breathe content, understand the social landscape intuitively, and know how to bring a beauty brand to life across a camera lens , this role was built for you. As our Social Content Producer, you’ll own end-to-end production for Huda Beauty’s social channels, turning creative vision into content that stops thumbs and builds community. You’ll sit at the intersection of storytelling, brand, and execution , partnering across teams to deliver content that’s on-brief, on-brand, and built for performance.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 

Content Production

• Lead end-to-end content production across social platforms , from model tutorials and ASMR videos to trending social-first formats.
• Develop and manage production timelines, budgets, shot lists, call sheets, and content deliverables.
• Coordinate photo shoots, video productions, creator collaborations, and behind-the-scenes content capture.
• Manage production vendors, photographers, videographers, stylists, makeup artists, talent, and agencies.
• Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines, creative direction, and business objectives.
• Produce platform-native content optimised for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, and emerging channels.
• Support development of short-form video, tutorials, product demonstrations, trend-driven content, and educational beauty content.

Project Management

• Own the production calendar and manage workflow from concept through final delivery.
• Track deadlines, approvals, and team content creation needs to ensure on-time delivery.
• Maintain organised asset libraries and content management systems.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Production, Journalism, or a related field.
• 3 – 6 years of experience in content production, digital marketing, creative production, or a related role.
• Experience producing content for beauty, fashion, lifestyle, luxury, or consumer brands.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, content trends, and digital marketing.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with external agencies, creators, and production partners.
• Experience within the beauty or cosmetics industry.
• Knowledge of influencer marketing and creator partnerships.
• Familiarity with content management systems and project management tools.
• Understanding of photography, videography, editing, and post-production workflows.
• Experience supporting e-commerce content production.
• Track record of on-time delivery of content and campaign assets.
• Demonstrated quality and consistency in brand storytelling.
• Proven contribution to social media engagement and content performance.
• Experience managing production processes and budgets efficiently.
• Contribution to campaign objectives, brand awareness, and revenue growth.
