Job Description - South Indian Cook

We are hiring an experienced South Indian Cook specializing in authentic Malabari cuisine for a UAE camp kitchen. The selected candidate will be responsible for preparing high -quality South Indian meals, maintaining food hygiene standards, managing kitchen operations, and ensuring timely meal service for camp staff.

Requirements

Proven experience as a South Indian Cook with expertise in Malabari cuisine
Ability to prepare authentic South Indian breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, and traditional Malabari dishes
Relevant cooking experience in restaurants, hotels, catering, or camp kitchens
Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards
Ability to work efficiently in a high -volume kitchen environment
Immediate joining preferred
Willing to attend an online interview
Experience in GCC camp kitchens is an added advantage
