Senior Contract Manager – Post-Contract Management

Job Purpose

Lead the post-award management of contracts to ensure compliance, performance, risk mitigation, and successful contract closeout. Oversee contract administration, claims, variations, settlements, reporting, and team performance while protecting the organization's commercial interests.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full post-award contract lifecycle, including administration, compliance, and closeout.


• Monitor contract performance, milestones, deliverables, payments, renewals, and contractual obligations.


• Lead contract changes, claims, disputes, settlements, and risk management activities.


• Prepare management reports, dashboards, and contract performance metrics.


• Supervise and develop the post-contract management team.


• Coordinate with Legal, Finance, Procurement, Operations, and other stakeholders to resolve contractual issues.


• Ensure accurate contract records, governance compliance, and continuous process improvement.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, Engineering, Finance, Procurement, or a related field.


• Minimum 10 years of contract/commercial management experience, including at least 5 years in post-award contract management.


• Experience managing complex contracts, claims, variations, settlements, and contract teams.


• Professional certifications (e.g., WorldCC, CIPS, PMP, FIDIC) are an advantage.
