Supply Chain & Logistics Coordinator - UAE National (Emiratisation)

General Overview:

We are hiring for our client, a leading organization, for an exciting opportunity to join their team as a Supply Chain & Logistics Coordinator. This position plays a key role in ensuring smooth material flow, efficient transport coordination, and timely delivery execution, while offering hands -on experience and career growth within a high -performing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure on -time and cost -effective delivery in line with customer expectations
  
• Monitor shipments from origin and coordinate with Logistics Service Providers for timely execution
  
• Resolve logistics issues and transactional failures within the material flow process
  
• Align logistics capabilities with special shipment requirements
  
• Maintain accurate logistics data and ensure correct cost allocation and charges
  
• Oversee shipment creation, transport arrangements, and loading compliance
  
• Approve and book logistics costs in SAP and manage minor claims processes
  
• Communicate special delivery requirements and coordinate with alternative carriers when required
  
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth day -to -day logistics operations
  

Key Requirements:

• Emirati with FamiIy Book (Emiratisation role – mandatory)
  
• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Logistics Engineering, Supply Chain Engineering, or a related field (mandatory)
  
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  
• Strong understanding of process optimization, material flow, and operational efficiency principles
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SAP or similar systems
  
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
  
• Detail -oriented with the ability to work in a fast -paced environment
