Systems Integration Analyst - IRIS

• Lead the design, implementation, and support of healthcare interoperability solutions.
  


• Architect interfaces between clinical applications, medical equipment, analysers, and third-party systems.
  


• Develop technical integration strategies aligned with enterprise architecture standards.
  


• Act as the technical advisor for integration and interoperability initiatives.
  

• Design and support integrations utilizing HL7, FHIR, REST, SOAP, ASTM, XML, and JSON standards.
  


• Build and manage interoperability solutions using InterSystems IRIS and HealthShare platforms.
  


• Ensure high levels of availability, performance, and reliability across all integration services.
  

• Proactively monitor and troubleshoot integration services and data exchange workflows.
  


• Establish alerting, monitoring, failover, and service recovery mechanisms.
  


• Ensure continuity of critical clinical data flows across healthcare applications and devices.
  


• Lead issue resolution activities involving internal teams and vendors.
  

• Collaborate with clinical, operational, and technical stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  


• Engage solution vendors throughout implementation, upgrade, testing, and support lifecycles.
  


• Facilitate solution evaluations, upgrades, and post-implementation optimization activities.
  

• Produce integration architecture and interface design documentation.
  


• Ensure compliance with information governance and data security requirements.
  


• Support enterprise architecture reviews and technology decision-making processes.
  


• Drive knowledge transfer, documentation standards, and end-user enablement
