Team Assistant - Mall of the Emirates

Your role in the Tiffany Legacy.

For many of our customers, a visit to Tiffany is something to be treasured. Whether they are pampering themselves with an indulgent treat or shopping for a memorable gift. They bring us their greatest dreams – of style, glamour and love – and it is our obligation to honor those dreams with grace and artful understanding.

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Ensuring clients are warmly welcomed, assisted accordingly and have a memorable experience commensurate with the Tiffany brand.
• Enhance the clients experience with hospitality and store amenities to create personalized experiences with the goal of positively impacting both sales and service.
• Accurately manage client waiting list, if applicable.
• Ensure hospitality area is fully stocked, orderly and clean.
• Communicate with management any potential service issues with waiting clients.
• Assist Client Advisors with wrapping items, replenishing POS and gifting supplies, and keeping all POS stations and sales floor areas neat and organized.
• Assist operations team with operational policies and procedures to ensure store operations run effectively.
• Assist with special projects as needed.

To be the next Team Assistant to join our Mall of the Emirates boutique, you will have:

• Previous retail or luxury retail or client-related experience
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong client service skills and the ability to prioritize while handling multiple tasks
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work with a diverse client base and collaborate with colleagues
• Flexibility to work traditional retail trading hours, including weekdays and weekends, late nights and holidays
