Technical Architect

A leading international architectural practice is seeking a highly skilled Technical Architect to join its Dubai studio. The successful candidate will play a central role in translating high -level design concepts into coordinated, buildable technical documentation with precision and creativity.

Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed technical drawings and documentation using Revit for large -scale commercial, hospitality, or mixed -use projects.
  
• Collaborate closely with design leads and project architects to ensure technical solutions align with aesthetic and functional intent.
  
• Lead the coordination of architectural packages with structural, MEP, and specialist consultants to achieve fully integrated project delivery.
  
• Provide technical guidance during all project stages, from concept through construction documentation and site execution.
  
• Review and ensure compliance with international building codes, UAE regulations, and project standards.
  
• Manage quality assurance processes across design documentation to maintain accuracy, consistency, and constructability.
  
• Support junior team members with mentoring and technical direction.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or equivalent.
  
• Minimum of 8 years’ post -qualification experience in the design and delivery of large -scale projects.
  
• Proven expertise in AutoCAD, Revit and Rhino at an advanced level, including coordination and BIM model management.
  
• Strong knowledge of building systems, construction techniques, and detailing suitable for the Middle East market.
  
• Ability to lead technically complex packages within multidisciplinary project teams.
  
• Excellent communication, organisational, and presentation skills.
  
• Experience with international design studios or delivery -oriented practices is an advantage.
