TikTok Manager

We are looking for a results-driven and creative TikTok Manager to take full ownership of our TikTok advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, managing, optimising, and scaling paid TikTok campaigns to generate high-quality leads and achieve business growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities

TikTok Ads Management

• Own the end-to-end management of TikTok Ads campaigns, from strategy and setup to optimisation and reporting.
  


• Develop TikTok paid media strategies aligned with business objectives, target audiences, and market priorities.
  


• Manage campaign structures, objectives, budgets, bidding strategies, audiences, placements, and optimisation events.
  


• Conduct continuous A/B testing across audiences, creatives, messaging, formats, landing pages, and campaign structures.
  


• Monitor campaign performance daily and proactively identify opportunities to improve results.
  


• Optimise campaigns based on CPA, CPL, CTR, CVR, CPM, ROAS, lead quality, and other relevant KPIs.
  


• Scale high-performing campaigns while controlling costs and maintaining lead quality.
  


• Troubleshoot campaign delivery, tracking, attribution, and performance issues.
  

Strategy & Performance Optimisation

• Analyse campaign data and identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  


• Develop strategies to improve lead generation, conversion rates, and return on advertising spend.
  


• Work closely with creative and marketing teams to develop high-performing TikTok ad creatives.
  


• Stay updated with TikTok advertising trends, platform updates, audience behaviour, and best practices.
  


• Provide recommendations based on data and campaign performance.
  

Reporting & Analysis

• Prepare regular campaign performance reports with clear insights and recommendations.
  


• Track advertising budgets and ensure effective allocation of spend.
  


• Monitor lead quality and campaign performance against agreed business targets.
  


• Present campaign results and optimisation strategies to management.
  

Requirements

Requirements

• Proven experience managing TikTok Ads campaigns and paid social media advertising.
  


• Strong knowledge of TikTok Ads Manager, campaign setup, targeting, bidding, and optimisation.
  


• Experience with lead generation and performance marketing campaigns.
  


• Strong understanding of key digital marketing metrics, including CPA, CPL, CTR, CVR, CPM, and ROAS.
  


• Experience conducting A/B testing and analysing campaign performance.
  


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  


• Ability to manage advertising budgets and scale successful campaigns efficiently.
  


• Knowledge of tracking, pixels, attribution, and conversion optimisation is preferred.
  


• Excellent communication and reporting skills.
  


• Ability to work independently and take ownership of campaign performance.
  

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the accommodation, hospitality, real estate, or property sector is an advantage.
  


• Experience with Meta Ads and other paid advertising platforms is preferred.
  


• Knowledge of landing page optimisation and lead funnel performance.
  


• Creative understanding of short-form video content and TikTok trends.
