Role Description

This is a full -time on -site role for a Training Coordinator located in Dubai. The Training Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating training sessions, developing training and development programs, facilitating communication between trainers, trainees, and clients, in addition to ensuring the overall effectiveness of training initiatives

Requirements

Qualifications

Training Coordination and Training & Development skills
⁠Strong Communication skills
Experience in Training and related certificates like (TOT) is a plus
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to adapt to diverse training needs and styles
Proficiency in MS Office and Learning Management
Systems
Experience in a consulting or corporate training
environment is a plus
Arabic & English speaking and writing is a must
