Travel & Tourism Teacher

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Travel & Tourism Teacher to join our British Curriculum school in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging Travel & Tourism lessons, supporting students in developing subject knowledge and practical skills, and contributing to a positive and effective learning environment.

Key Responsibilities

  Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Travel & Tourism lessons in accordance with the British Curriculum.

  
  


• 
  

  Develop students’ knowledge and understanding of travel, tourism, hospitality, and related industry concepts.

  
  


• 
  

  Use a variety of teaching strategies and practical activities to support effective learning.

  
  


• 
  

  Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to support academic development.

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain effective classroom management and promote a positive, inclusive learning environment.

  
  


• 
  

  Prepare teaching resources, assignments, and assessment materials in line with curriculum requirements.

  
  


• 
  

  Work collaboratively with colleagues, the Head of Department, and school management to support departmental objectives.

  
  


• 
  

  Participate in school activities, meetings, and professional development programmes.

  
  


• 
  

  Carry out any other teaching-related duties assigned by the school management or Head of Department.

  
  

Qualification and Experience Requirement

• 
  

  Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Travel & Tourism 

  
  


• 
  

  1–2 years of teaching experience in a British Curriculum school,

  
  


• 
  

  Previous school teaching experience is required.

  
  


• 
  

  Strong knowledge of Travel & Tourism concepts, industry practices, and curriculum requirements.

  
  


• 
  

  Experience in planning lessons, assessing student progress, and maintaining effective classroom management.

  
  


• 
  

  Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

  
  


• 
  

  Candidates available for immediate joining and currently within UAE are preferred.
