Vice President - Business Process Reengineering

As a Vice President - Business Process Reengineer, your role is to lead and deliver enterprise-wide transformation initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, optimize processes, and accelerate the adoption of automation and AI-driven solutions. You will partner with business and technology teams to drive sustainable improvements, strengthen productivity, and embed a culture of continuous improvement across the organization.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Lead and execute business process reengineering and transformation initiatives across Retail Banking, Corporate Banking, Operations, Finance, Risk, Compliance, and Shared Services.
• Identify process inefficiencies and redesign workflows to improve productivity, customer experience, and operational effectiveness.
• Drive process simplification, standardization, and automation across key business functions.
• Champion the adoption of Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Partner with Technology and Data teams to deliver intelligent automation, RPA, and AI-enabled process improvements.
• Develop transformation roadmaps, governance frameworks, KPIs, and value realization metrics.
• Monitor and track transformation outcomes, ensuring measurable efficiency gains and cost optimization.
• Lead cross-functional project teams and ensure successful delivery of strategic transformation initiatives.
• Drive organizational change management and stakeholder engagement to support the adoption of new processes and technologies.
• Present transformation progress, business cases, and performance updates to senior stakeholders and leadership committees.
• Ensure all initiatives align with regulatory requirements, operational risk standards, and internal governance frameworks.

What We're Looking For:

• 10-15 years of experience in Banking, Financial Services, Consulting, or Business Transformation roles.
• Proven experience leading process reengineering, operational excellence, or transformation programs.
• Strong understanding of banking operations, process optimization, and digital transformation.
• Experience delivering automation, RPA, AI, or productivity improvement initiatives.
• Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, Finance, Technology, or a related field.
• Master's degree, MBA, Lean Six Sigma, Agile, or Scrum certification would be an advantage.
