Vice President - Gaming Marketing Services

About Wynn Al Marjan Island:

Wynn Al Marjan Island will be the first integrated resort in the UAE. Set to open in 2027, the resort will be located 50 miles from Dubai International Airport in the emirate of Ras Al Khaimah. The resort will offer 1,530 rooms and suites, 22 restaurants, lounges, and bars, a theater, and a beach club. It will feature multiple swimming and wading pools, water features, a five-star spa, a salon, a shopping promenade, and a celebrations and events center.

About the Position:

Wynn Al Marjan Island is currently seeking a Vice President to join the Gaming Marketing Services team.

The primary duties and responsibilities of this role are:

• Define and execute the strategic direction for the VIP Services department in alignment with the property’s marketing and guest engagement goals.

• Lead operational planning and resource allocation across the Coordinator and Telemarketing teams to ensure consistent and high-quality service.

• Serve as the executive liaison between Gaming Marketing, Gaming, and Resort Operations to ensure alignment of VIP standards.

• Contribute to executive discussions on market segmentation, service innovation, and player experience optimization.

• Oversee all aspects of VIP guest journey – from trip reservation, arrival, in-house experience, and departure coordination – ensuring exceptional, discreet, and culturally appropriate service.

• Manage VIP Service Coordinators to deliver a personalized, efficient, and luxury-standard guest experience.

• Implement service quality measurement tools and performance indicators to track guest satisfaction.

• Maintain a strong visible presence during peak VIP periods, hosting key patrons as required Lead the Telemarketing team responsible for reactivating, qualifying, and inviting VIP and coded patrons.

• Develop data-driven call campaigns in partnership with Gaming Marketing Analytics.

• Ensure all telemarketing activities comply with UAE data privacy, consent, and responsible gaming standards.

• Ensure all VIP Service activities comply with UAE gaming regulatory frameworks, AML/CTF obligations, and responsible gaming principles.

• Work closely with the Compliance, Finance, and Legal departments to ensure adherence to Policies.

• Lead and mentor Coordinators, Supervisors, and Telemarketing Executives to achieve high standards of professionalism and productivity.

• Establish training programs on guest relations, cultural awareness, AML, and responsible gaming.

• Promote a culture of accountability, diversity, and operational excellence consistent with UAE labour laws and company values.

• Prepare and manage departmental budgets, including staffing, incentives, and operating costs.

• Evaluate ROI on marketing and guest acquisition initiatives in collaboration with the SVP Premium Marketing.

• Analysed operational data to identify opportunities for service optimization and revenue growth.

About You:

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

• Minimum 10 years’ experience in VIP Services, Gaming Marketing, or Luxury Hospitality, including 5 years in senior leadership.

• Proven record managing multi-national service teams in a high-end resort or integrated resort environment.

• Deep understanding of VIP customer management, relationship marketing, and premium service standards.

• Strong familiarity with UAE AML/CTF compliance and emerging Gaming Regulatory Authority frameworks.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or Marketing.

• Additional fluency in Arabic, Mandarin, or Russian highly desirable.

• Experience working with CRM systems (Salesforce, IGT Advantage, or equivalent).

• Regional experience in GCC or Asia luxury gaming/hospitality markets.
