CREATIVE INTERN

Located in the vibrant centers of the Middle East, our BrightHouse team collaborates with visionary organizations to harness the power of purpose in a rapidly evolving market.  

Join our Dubai team as a CREATIVE INTERN for a minimum of 12 weeks, starting in June/July 2026, working at the intersection of strategy and design to craft bold ideas, striking visuals, and stories that move people and transform organisations. 

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE   

As a creative Intern you will support our work while closely collaborating with our teams and taking on own project responsibilities 

• Concepting bold ideas that have the power to drive impact and change organisations 

• Developing conceptual, visual solutions for complex strategic and business problems 

• Collaborating with and translating insights from our strategy teams into compelling creative work 

• Using AI tools (MidJourney, Runway, ChatGPT, and similar) as an integrated part of your creative workflow to produce AI-generated image and video content as part of concepting and storytelling 

• Creating compelling PowerPoint presentations that tell our clients' stories with clarity and craft 

• Working with editable mockup templates and ad-like objects to visualise ideas 

• Being open to creative direction and embracing the team's ability to plus an idea and elevate the final output 

QUALIFICATIONS 

We’re looking for a recent graduate or enthusiastic student (at least in second year of bachelor studies, master's students preferred) who brings: 

• A degree or current studies in design, brand, advertising, or a related creative field 

• A publicly accessible portfolio that shows your range and curiosity 

• A genuine passion for AI-powered creative tools, with hands-on experience in AI video and image production 

• Proficiency in Adobe CC: Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign; AfterEffects, Premiere, or Final Cut Pro are a strong plus 

• Strong PowerPoint skills, as we use it as a core creative medium, not just a presentation tool 

• A playful, experimental mindset and someone who treats new tools as creative opportunities 

• Ability to work both independently and as a true team player across multiple projects 

• The right balance of flexibility, professionalism, and work ethic for a fast-paced consulting environment 

• Fluent English language skills as well as native Arabic language fluency strongly preferred
