• Work closely with colleagues to ensure smooth and timely service.
• Follow all hotel policies, SOPs, service standards, and grooming requirements.
• Welcome and interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Maintain proper telephone etiquette and understand reservation procedures.
• Be familiar with restaurant and hotel services and facilities.
• Greet, welcome, and seat guests, ensuring a warm and pleasant experience.
• Ensure the restaurant entrance and reception area are clean, organized, and welcoming.
• Check tables are clean and properly set before seating guests.
• Obtain guest feedback and promptly address or report any concerns.
• Assist the service team when required and support the Cashier during breaks.
