Based on resume.pdf Poor fit Strong fit See why Lead Deployment Engineer Location: Belfast (Field Based) Base Site: Belfast BT2 8DQ Rate: £16.80 per hour Vetting: Access NI Basic Required Lead Deployment Engineer - Northern Ireland Health Sector We are currently recruiting for an experienced Lead Deployment Engineer to join a major IT deployment programme supporting the Northern Ireland Health & Social Care sector. You will act as the lead technical escalation point whilst supporting the deployment, installation and upgrading of desktop and laptop devices across multiple customer locations. This is an excellent opportunity to join a large-scale public sector technology programme, supporting healthcare services across Northern Ireland. Key Responsibilities Act as the lead technical escalation point for deployment activities. Support the build, imaging and deployment of end-user devices. Deliver desktop and laptop installations across customer sites. Travel between customer locations to support deployment projects. Provide technical support and troubleshooting where required. Work within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). About You You will have: Previous experience within desktop deployment, device installation or field engineering. Strong troubleshooting and technical support capabilities. Experience working in customer-facing IT environments. The ability to manage technical escalations and support deployment activities. A full commitment to delivering high levels of customer service.
