This is a workshop-based, temporary ongoing role offering consistent work. Duties will include software updates, inspections, and light mechanical repairs. Full training will be provided on site. Pay Rates Level 2 = £15.00 per hour Level 3 = £20.75 per hour Key Responsibilities Complete manufacturer recall work on Stellantis vehicles Perform software updates and reprogramming using diagnostic systems Carry out inspections and checks in line with recall instructions Undertake light mechanical work (component replacement, adjustments, basic repairs) Follow technical bulletins and manufacturer standards Accurately complete job cards and system updates Conduct post-work quality checks Maintain a clean and safe workshop environment Report any issues or technical concerns to supervisors Skills & Experience Essential: Basic mechanical or automotive experience Confident using computer-based systems Strong attention to detail Ability to follow technical instructions Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently Good understanding of health and safety Desirable: Previous recall experience Experience with Stellantis vehicles NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent) Full UK driving licence Candidates with recent cambelt replacement experience will also be considered, even without diagnostic qualifications.
