Working in a fast‑paced environment, the post holder supports continuous improvement, risk management and operational excellence across the Exams unit.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plans logistics and resources to ensure timely, cost‑effective delivery of all exam products.

  • Acts as the main point of contact for venue staff, suppliers and customers on operational matters.

  • Resolves customer operational complaints and escalates complex issues when required.

  • Ensures strict adherence to exam security, risk management, child protection and audit requirements.

  • Conducts venue assessments, health & safety checks, and frequent spot checks on test days.

  • Records and reports operational data to support decision‑making and continuous improvement.

  • Supports recruitment, coordination and development of test day personnel.

  • Participates in a duty‑officer rota including early mornings and weekend work.

Requirements

  • Experience working in busy, high‑pressure operational environments.

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to coordinate people and resources efficiently.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.

  • Ability to build strong relationships with external partners such as exam venues.

  • IT proficiency and commitment to following risk and compliance procedures.

  • Fluent written and spoken English; additional local language skills are an advantage.

  • Experience in exams delivery or compliance‑driven environments is desirable.
