Accounting Manager

Overview

In this pivotal role within Mr. Bean, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial reporting and management processes. You will play a crucial part in ensuring that our financial records are accurate and comply with regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
• Coordinate audits and assist with tax preparation.
• Supervise and mentor accounting staff, fostering a collaborative work environment.
• Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decisions.

Requirements

• Proven experience in accounting, with a minimum of 5 years in a managerial role.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
