Accounting Manager

Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to take on a key financial management role within our organisation. This position involves overseeing accounting operations and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day accounting functions, including accounts payable and receivable.
• Prepare accurate and timely financial statements and reports.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and financial reporting standards.
• Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to enhance efficiency.
• Coordinate audits and liaise with external auditors as required.
• Support budget preparation and financial forecasting.

Requirements

• Proven experience in an accounting role, preferably in a managerial capacity.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with financial analysis and forecasting.
• Professional qualifications such as ACCA or CIMA.
